Greenwheels & Engage:cross-border partnership
The challenge
Greenwheels has been active on the German market for some time, but with its increasing growth it has now decided to work with the Engage people and technology in Germany as well. Since February 2017, Engage has provided full customer service for its Dutch customers from its headquarters in Capelle aan den IJssel. With expansion into Germany, the partnership acquired an international dimension at Engage’s German site in Essen.
The solution
For Andrew Berkhout, Managing Director of Greenwheels, the expansion of this cooperation is logical: “We are delighted with our partnership with Engage in the Netherlands and are now also using our cooperation in Germany to better and more quickly serve our German customers.” Berkhout considers a single partner for both countries to be an advantage.
